Refund Policy

You may request a full refund if:

  • You cancel within 14 days of enrolment and before the course start date
  • The course is cancelled by canyon-jay

No refunds are provided after the course has commenced.

Upon successful enrolment and payment, you will receive access to course materials including:

  • Live session attendance
  • Recorded session videos
  • Course resources and templates
  • Community access

Access to course materials is provided for personal educational use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, documents, templates, and materials, are the intellectual property of canyon-jay or its instructors. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
  • Record live sessions without permission
  • Share login credentials with others
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes

User Conduct

When participating in courses and using our community features, you agree to:

  • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • Not share inappropriate or offensive content
  • Respect the privacy of other participants

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these conduct standards without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our courses are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high-quality education, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Career advancement
  • Income increases

Individual results depend on many factors including effort, prior experience, and circumstances beyond our control.

Technical difficulties on your end do not constitute grounds for refunds.
